摘要
采用低温液相恒温陈化法,以锌盐和NaOH为原料制备ZnO针状晶须的优化条件为:(1)控制反应物配比为:CZn2+:COH-=1:6-1:9;(2)初始Zn2+浓度在0.2-0.3mol/L;(3)制备前驱反应液的温度为0-5℃;10-35℃为搅拌最佳温度,搅拌时间为1.5-2h;80-90℃恒温陈化5h;(4)滴碱速率为1.0-1.6mL/min。本文为ZnO晶须制备向成本低、技术要求不高、产品纯度高的工业化方向发展提供试验依据,同时为研究其晶体生长机理奠定了理论基础。
We successfully prepared needle-shaped ZnO whiskers from Zinc salt aqueous solution at low temperature condition: We did systematical researches about the factors. The optimum condition is as follows: (1) the ratio of reactors is CZn2+:COH=1:6-1:9;(2) the concentration of Zn (Ⅱ) is 0.2-0.3mol/L;(3) the temperature of forming core is 0-5℃, the stiring temperature 10-35℃ ,the stiring time 1.5-2h, aging temperature at 80-90℃ for 5h;(4) the rate of dropping alkali is 1.0-1.6mL/min. At the same time, All of these will give more support to ZnO whiskers industrial production.
