摘要
目的：观察和探讨推拿手法治疗中上段颈椎早期胸廓出口综合征的临床疗效.方法：本组36例,男9例,女27例;年龄24～65岁,平均48岁.左侧25例,右侧11例.病程1周～8个月,平均6周.36例均进行中上段颈椎推拿手法治疗.结果：根据Wood等提出的疗效评价标准,1个疗程内优8例,良15例,可9例,差4例,优良率64%,有效率89%;2个疗程内优15例,良15例,可4例,差2例,优良率83%,有效率95%.结论：应用中上段颈椎推拿手法治疗早期胸廓出口综合征,疗程短,疗效确切.
Objectlve：To study therapeutic effects of manipulative upper and middle cervical vertebra in the treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome at earlier period. Methods：From 2003 to 2004,36 patients were treated with manipulation method. Among them,9 patients were male and 27 patients were female,ranging in age from 24 to 65 years （ mean 48 years）. 25 patients had left injuries and 11 patients had right injuries. The course of the disease were 1 week to 8 months ,with an average of 6 weeks. All the patients were treated by manipulative upper and middle cervical vertebra. Results：According to Wood evaluation standard,8 patients had excellent results, 15 good,9 fair and 4 poor after the first therapeutic course. The effective rate was 89% and the excellent and good rate was 64%. At the second therapeutic course,the corresponding results were produced in 15,15,4 and 2 patients in same order. The effective rate and excellent and good rate were 95% and 83% respectively. Conclusion：This manipulation method has obvious advantages such as shorter therapeutic course and satisfactory effects.
