摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术后术腔修正性清理的必要性、原因及特点。方法回顾性研究65例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉鼻内镜手术后患者,因经济差、工作忙等原因未定期随访,致症状加重被动复诊而行鼻内镜下术腔修正性清理,其后进行随访观察。结果修正性清理后随访一年以上,其中治愈43例(66.1%),好转12例(18.5%),无效10例(15.4%)。结论鼻内镜手术后术腔修正性清理可矫正术后因未主动随访所致术腔的再生病变,提高治愈率,是避免再次手术的有效措施。修正性清理有其适应证和特点。
OBJECTIVE To explore the necessity, cause and indication of revision clearing on the operative cavity after endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. METHODS The clinical data of 65 cases who had undergone revision clearing on the operative cavity during 5-12 weeks after ESS because of failure of follow-up for some reasons were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS It was found that 43 cases （66.1%）were cured, 12 cases （18.5 %）improved, 10 cases （15.2 %）unimproved after followed up for more than one year. CONCLUSION Revision clearing on the operative cavity after ESS is necessary, it can improve the cure rate of ESS.
