摘要
目的通过尸头解剖明确鼻后下神经下鼻甲支进入下鼻甲的位置,为选择性切断支配下鼻甲的神经治疗变应性鼻炎提供解剖基础。方法10%福尔马林固定成人尸头标本,共20例40侧,从正中矢状位锯开,在10倍手术显微镜下解剖下鼻甲。结果鼻后下神经在黏膜和骨膜之间下行由下鼻甲附着处末端前方6mm～13mm处进入下鼻甲黏膜下;另一部分通过下鼻甲附着处末端进入下鼻甲黏膜下。结论选择性切断支配下鼻甲的鼻后下神经下鼻甲支,可能达到治疗变应性鼻炎的目的。
OBJECTIVE The exact site where the inferior turbinate branch of the posterior inferior nasal nerve comes into the inferior turbinate was observed to provid anatomy evidence for inferior turbinate surgery by measuring and dissecting corpses. METHODS Inferior turbinate was dissected under the microscope in 20 heads of corpses. RESULTS The posterior inferior nasal nerve is marching down betwween the mucosa. and the periosteum, and enter the inferior turbinate at the site which is 6-13 mm before the posterior end of the inferior turbinate. Another branche of the posterior inferior nasal nerve comes into the inferior turbinate at the posterior end of the inferior turbinate. CONCLUSION Selective cut of the posterior inferior nasal nerve under the nasal endoscope is feasible.
