摘要
教师教育是整个教育的生命线,提高教育教学质量是教师教育永恒的主题。建立完善的教师教育质量保障体系是提高教育质量的重要保证。本文介绍了新的历史背景下,教师教育的价值取向、教师教育质量保障体系的构建等。
Teachers＇ education plays a very important role in the entire education and the enhancement of teaching quality is the everlasting topic of teachers＇ education. In order to improve the teaching quality, it is necessary to establish a perfeet teachers＇ education quality-guaranteeing system. This thesis introduces the value orientation of teachers＇ education, the establishment of the teachers＇ education quality-guaranteeing system in a new historical background.
