摘要
邓友章教授临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病重视中药内服,分为肝阳上亢、瘀血阻络、痰湿中阻、气血亏虚、肾精不足5型辨证施治。在认真分析病因病机的基础上,创新并运用独特手法治疗,临床效果显著。此外,还结合现代检测手段仔细推敲手法的作用机理,为手法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供了现代医学依据。
When Professor Deng Youzhang treated cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA） in clinic,he valued Chinese drugs of oral administration and TCM syndrom differentiation and treatment. He divided the disease into 5 types, they were respectively hyperactivity of the liver-yang, blood stasis in channels and collaterals, stagnation of phlegm-dampness, deficiency of both qi and blood, deficiency of the kidney-essence. On the base of analysing pathogenic factor and pathogenesis, he brought forth and applied the treatment of unique manipulation. The curative effect for CSA was significant. And he combined modem detector method to weigh carefully the mechanism of manipulation, thus provided modem medical basis to manipulation treating CSA.
