糖尿病患者超高频纯音测听的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 对43例糖尿病患者(NIDDM 41例,IDDM 2例)进行纯音听阈和超高频纯音听阈测听,与同龄正常人对照组比较,显示糖尿病组在各测试频率听力下降发生率明显高于对照组,其中超高频(9~20kHz)最多达60.9%,高频(4~8kHz)为20.9%,语音频率(0.5~2kHz)为5.8%,糖尿病患者在各频率平均听阈也较对照组高,且年龄越大,差别越显著,表明糖尿病听力下降的特点从超高频听力下降开始,糖尿病会导致听觉系统提早老化。 Pure tone and ultrahigh frequency pure tone hearing thresholds were measured in 43 diabetics (NIDDM 41 cases. IDDM 2 cases). The incidence of hearing'impairment of them is 60.9 % in ultrahigh frequency(9~20 kHz), 20.9% in high frequency (4~8kHz), 5.8% in speech frequency (0.5~2kHz), significantly higher than of age-matched non-diabetic controls. The result show that the averge acoustic thresholds were significantly elevated in diabetics as compared with those in controls, and that the age is older, the hearing loss worse. The diabetic hearing impairment is characterized by ultrahigh frequency hearing loss. The diabetic would cause premature ageing of hearing.
