摘要
马克思主义有关司法的论述是极为丰富的,在我国大力推进司法改革的今天,其理论价值不可忽视。应该运用马克思主义的观点从司法平等、司法公正、司法独立的角度来进行我国的司法改革。
There are so many contents about justice in Marxism. Today, our country is carrying through justice reform, so there are many thing which may be helpful to our reform. In this article the author will discuss how to carry out our country＇s justice reformation from the equality of justice and justness of justice and independence of justice.
