摘要
以差速离心，结合ＳＤＳ处理制备ＥＬＩＳＡ抗原，用含０．０２％ＮａＮ３的碳酸盐缓冲液作抗原包被液，不加任何封闭剂，待测血清以含５％犊牛血清和０．０５％Ｔｗｅｅｎ－２０稀释，检测９２２份山羊血清的ＣＡＥ抗体，并与免疫扩散试验（ＡＧＩＤ）比较。
