摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,分析了射箭备战重大比赛期间专项训练负荷的构成及其量度特点；影响专项训练负荷的主要因素；现代射箭专项训练负荷的发展趋势,并初步确定了射箭专项训练负荷量度,尝试对专项训练负荷的定量化评定。
By the methods of literature study, questionnaire and interview, the paper analyzes the formation and quantitative characteristics of the specific training load in the preparations for major archery competitions, the main factors affecting the load and the development trend of the specific training load of modern archery. It tentatively defines the quantity of the specific training load so as to try the application of quantitative evaluation of the load.
