摘要
特色农业是当今世界农业日益商品化、市场化、社会化的必然选择,也是促进我国农业结构战略调整的重要途径之一。陕北土地资源丰富、潜力大,农业发展已有一定基础,发展特色农业不仅必要而且可行。本文在充分分析陕北区域特色和比较优势的基础上,提出了该区特色农业发展方向与区域布局思路,并据此提出了一系列创新性的对策,以探讨欠发达地区农业发展的道路。
Characteristic agriculture is now an inevitable option under the conditions of agricultural commercialization, marketization and socialization in the world, it is also one of the important channels to promote the agricultural structural optimization in China. Land resources in Northern Shaanxi is rich and also has great potentialities, the agricultural development in the region has achieved some success. So it is not only necessary but also feasible to develop the characteristic agriculture in Northern Shaanxi. Based on the adequate analysis of area characteristics and comparative advantages in the region, this paper put forward the developing orientation and area layout of the characteristic agriculture. Then the paper proposed a series of innovative countermeasures in order to discuss a new way of agricultural development in non- developed region.
