摘要
针对旧的手工作业存在的原料浪费、精度不高等缺点,研制了自动加料机.染坊对染物进行氧化,通常使用的氧化剂是双氧水和氨水.自动加料机使用数字脉冲流量计对氧化剂进行精确计数,自动计算并完成对双氧水和氨水的添加.通过软件设计和硬件设计相结合的方法开发了自动加料机系统.通过调试证明了,该系统可靠合理,完全克服了手工作业存在的不足.
An automatic feeding machine has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of craft homework such as imprecision, waste of raw material and so on. Dyeing houses normally use hydrogen peroxide solution and ammonia as oxidant, while the automatic feeding machine uses numeral pulse flowmeter that precisely counts and calculates the oxidant, and automatically completes the adding of the hydrogen peroxide solution and ammonia. The automatic feeding machine proves to be reliable and it can overcome the disadvantages Of the manual work.
