摘要
Os(Ⅳ)对酸性介质中溴酸钾氧化DBS-偶氮氯磷的褪色反应有明显的催化作用。据此反应建立了微量锇的催化分光光度法,方法的检出限为0.01μg/10ml,Os(Ⅳ)在0.01~0.20μg/10ml有良好的线性关系。反应在水相中进行,灵敏度高,简便快速,用于贵金属精矿中锇的测定,结果满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of osmium was established based on the catalytic action of Os(Ⅳ)on the oxidative fading between 2-(4-chloro-2-phosphonophenyl)azo-7-(2,6-dibromo-4-suifophenyl)azo-1,8-dihyd roxy-,6-naphthalenedisuironic acid and KBrO3in acid medium on the water bath.The method offers the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,and sensitivity.Beer′law is obeyed in the range of 0.01~0.20μg/ 10ml The method has been applied to the determination of osmium in ore with satisfactory.
