粗锌真空精炼过程模拟研究(Ⅱ)解法及结果

摘要 本文对粗锌真空精炼过程数学模型应用Wang-Henke三对角矩阵算法进行求解,得出铅塔和镉塔在不同条件下各塔盘的温度和气液成分。 The mathematical models of vacuum refining of crude zinc were solved by Wang-Henhke Triangular Matrix Algorithm.The temperature and composition in gas and liquid phases at each tray for lead and cadmium columns were obtained.The effects of some process parameters such as pressure,rectification efficiency and diffusion effciency on the results of vacuum refining were studied.
