湿式煤气罐水封部位的腐蚀原因及缓蚀剂应用的可行性

摘要 通过失重挂片及电化学极化曲线测量,查明并分析了湿式煤气柜水封部位发生腐蚀的主要原因。针对储气罐工况条件,考察了缓蚀剂保护的可行性。 The corrosion case analysis of a water sealed gas tank was performed through the weight loss test and potentiodynamic polarization measurement. The results indicate that the corrosion of outer surface of the gas tank is caused mainly by dissolved oxygen, while inner surface of the tank is corroded not only by dissolved oxygen but also by CO 2 and H 2S. The feasibility of using inhibitors is also studied.
