摘要
依据质量守恒定律及热裂形成机理,建立了缩变场模拟的数学模型。考虑到铸型对铸件缩变速度的影响,提出了用衡量型(芯)退让性指标a对原数学模型进行修正,并给出以修正前后缩变速度比值及退让性系数a为主要参数的热裂判据式。
According to mass conservation law and mechanism of hot tearing formation,the mathematic model to simulate the contraction rate field during solidification of steel casting has been estabilished.Taking into consideration of effect of mould on the contraction rate,a coefficient evoluting the resistance to contraction of a mass of mould(core)has been suggested,which is used to modify the original mathematic model,and the ratio of contraction rate before and after modification and criterion equation as expressed in coefficient a were also given.
