摘要
根据压铸工艺理论及模具设计特点并综合多方的实际经验，以《压铸模设计手册》为根据，利用ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ１２．０的ＡＤＳ编程环境，用Ｃ语言和三维实体模型开发了适用于冷、热室压铸机的压铸型浇注系统ＣＡＤ软件。该软件由浇注系统设计和数据库两部分组成。软件既是整个压铸型ＣＡＤ系统的一个功能模块，又可作为一个独立的应用软件运行。本文介绍了实体模型、总体结构及工艺参数、功能实现、数据库结构及界面设计。
Abstract Based on diecasting theory,the experience of diecasters and Diecasting Dies Design Handbook and using C language with ADS interface of AutoCAD 12.0 and solid modelling,a CAD software suitable for hot and cold chamber diecasting machine die gate system design has been developed,which consists of gate system design and database. This software can be used as a module of CAD system for diecasting dies or used alone. This paper describes the solid modelling,structure and technology data,function realization,database and interface.
