摘要
中医及中西医结合治疗肿瘤的疗效特点为改善患者生存质量及延长生存期,而现今沿用WHO制定的实体瘤疗效标准不能客观反映以上特点。本文分析了其不适用于中医治疗肿瘤疗效评价的原因,同时分析现行的中医治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效评价标准以及相关因素,包括生存质量(社会、心理、生物学方面)、实体瘤缓解率以及生存期等诸多因素。结合中医学的学科特点和中医及中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效特点,认为生存质量、生存时间、肿瘤缓解率是疗效评定的主要因素。
Improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival time were the strong points of TCM in treating cancer, the therapeutic effect couldn＇t be reflected by the underlying criterion-WHO solid tumor response criterion. Based on the current development and characteristic of therapy of TCM in the treatment of cancer, we analyzed the role of correlative factors for cancer response evaluation, including quality of life, survival time, and remission rate. Our opinion was that weight coefficient of patients should be varied according to disease progress and this issue is worthy of further study.
