摘要
本文研究了热处理制度对42CrMo钢光滑试样和缺口试样疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:850℃淬火后,560℃回火时,42CrMo钢获得最好疲劳性能;过热组织会使其疲劳强度大幅度降低。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and fatigue property and the effect of notch stress, concentration factor Kt of notch specimans on fatigue properties of 42CrMo steel have been studied. The results show that the steel tempered at 560℃ can obtain the best fatigue behaviours. Overheated structure reduces fatigue strength of 42CrMo steel seriously.
