摘要
提出了城市违章建筑监测与管理平台架构体系,说明平台在构成上分为数据处理与违章建筑识别、违章建筑信息管理与咨询、数据分析与决策支持、辅助违章建筑处理四大功能模块。3S集成、数据挖掘和知识发现、增强现实等技术是违章建筑监测与管理平台实现的关键。
A frame information platform for urban monitoring and management of illegal buildings is brought forward in this paper. It consists of data processing and illegal buildings recognition module, information management and consultation of illegal buildings module, data analyzing and decision - making support module, assistant processing of illegal building module. The integrated application of many technologies such as 3S, data mining and knowledge discovery, augmented reality are the key to the frame information platform.
