摘要
目的观察不同剂量维生素A分别对雌性小鼠的致畸作用和雄性小鼠精子形成的影响作用。方法经口分别与受孕雌性小鼠维生素A,20天后解剖,从胚胎外形和病理观察致畸状况;给予雄性小鼠同剂量维生素A,20天后观察精子数量。雌雄对照组分别给予生理盐水。结果维生素A对雌性小鼠有致畸作用,与对照组相比(P<0.05),维生素A剂量越大,致畸率越高;维生素A影响小鼠精子的形成,药物组精子的形成数量低于对照组(P<0.05),维生素A的剂量越大,精子的数量越少。结论大剂量维生素A对雌性小鼠有较高致畸作用,并影响雄性小鼠精子的形成。*
Objective The teratogentic effect on female rats and the effect on semen sum to male rats Vitamin A. Methods Pregnant rats were treated orally with vitamin A. At 20th day of pregnant, teratogenesis of embryo were examined by figure and pathology, and sum of semen were examined by microscope. Resluts The trend are that the higher of Vitamin A dose, the higher rate of teratogenesis, compared with normal group ( P 〈 0, 05 ). The higher of Vitamin A dose, the lower sum of semen ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with normal groups. Conclusion Higher - doses of vitamin A have had high effect for teratogenesis and could decrease the sum of semen.
