摘要
本文建立了用电阻法测试绕组温升的数学模型,并根据这个模型推出了标准中给出的计算绕组温升的公式。同时还提出了计算温升的两种方法,说明了绕组时间常数的含义和求法。在用微机求解温升的方法中,应用了最小二乘法,在推导过程中考虑了试验环境中恒温和非恒温两种情况。对于使用电阻法测试绕组温升的试验,如电焊机、变压器及电机等的试验有一定的指导意义。
The article found a mathematie model with reastance methed for test of a coil temperature arising and derived a formula given in standards from the model.The coil tomperature arisng can be calculated using the formula.Meanwhile,the two metheds for calculation of temperature arising is given in the article,and the meaning of the coil time constant is explained. The least squre method can be for the calculating when computer is used. The circumstances of constant and non-constant temperature in test is included in the model.The paper should be of derective significance to any great degree for test of a coil tomperature arising like electrie welding machine,transformer and electric motor.
