摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3(X=0.04、0.07、0.10、0.13)亚微米粉体,XRD物相分析证明其为完全互溶取代固溶体粉末。该粉末可在1 340℃下烧结成瓷,对该系列固溶体材料的介电性能用LCR测量仪进行了测试分析,结果表明:材料的介电常数随Zr掺杂量的增多呈上升趋势,在X=0.10达到极值。材料的居里点温度随Zr掺杂量的增多向室温方向呈线性偏移。SEM分析表明,随Zr掺杂量的增多材料的晶粒尺寸有明显的降低,说明Zr掺杂对晶粒长大有抑制作用。
Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 (X=0. 04,0. 07,0. 10,0. 13) powders were prepared by using the Sol-Gel process. X--ray diffraction analysis showed that the powders of the pure perovskite phase could be obtained after heating the gel powders for 2 h at 750℃. The Ba(ZrxTi1-x)Oa ceramic was prepared at 1 340 ℃ which was much lower than the heating temperature 1 400 ℃ of the powders prepared by other Sol-Gel process. The dielectric properties analysis found that the higher Zr content leaded to a higher dielectric constant before x=0. 10 of which the peak value was 12 491 at X=0. 10 using LCR. At larger X, the permittivity maximum broadened, and continued to move to lower temperatures. The SEM pictures showed that the grain size decreased greatly with increasing Zr content, which was 200--800 nm at X=0. 10.
