摘要
依据测试结果，用回归分析方法，研究了渗氮和氮碳共渗层的表面硬度值（ＨＶ）与试验力之间的函数关系，并探讨了测试渗层表面硬度时正确选择试验力的方法。
In this paper,according to the test results,the functional relationship between the surface hardness value (HV)and the load for nitrided and nitrocarburized layer was studied by regression analysis. The method of accurately selecting the load for test sarface hardness on diffusion layer was also discussed.
