摘要
用真空高压气淬炉对低合金超高强度钢３００Ｍ进行热处理的试验结果表明，不仅其力学性能完全达到了相应技术条件规定的要求，而且还有比真空油淬的变形小、不需清洗等优点。
In this paper, high-pressure gas quenching of ultra-high strength steel 300M in vacuum furnace was investigated.The results showed that 300M subjected to high-pressure gas quenching had satisfied mechanical properties with less quenching distortion than that of vacuum oil quenching.
