由20CrMoA钢制成的鼓风机叶片,焊前经调质热处理成高强度钢.采用了直径φ3.2mm的A307焊条及其相适应焊接工艺焊接叶轮,获得了成功.
The blade of an air blower made of 20CrMoA steel was undergoing thermal refined treatment to reach high strength level before welding so that a special welding material and procedure are selected and applied to weld the wheel successfully.
