耳颞部Langerhans组织细胞增生症 被引量：1

摘要 1症名称谓历史沿革 朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症（Langerhans cell histiocytosis，LCH）是一组罕见的树突细胞和网状细胞系统增生为共同特点的疾病。Lichtenstein于1953年命名为组织细胞增生症X（Histocytosis X，HX），X表示病因未明，包括勒一雪病（Letterer-Siwe，LS）、韩-薛-柯病（Hand-Schüller—Christian，HSC）和嗜酸细胞性肉芽（Eosinophilic granuloma，EG）。
