摘要
目的探讨健康教育对精神病病人遵医行为的影响。方法随机将住院病人分为实验组和对照组各40例。采用群体健康宣教方式及予目标激励对实验组进行相关知识教育,对照组只采用一般的解释教育方法,对其所提问的问题予简单解答。用问卷方式对病人阶段性进行知识知晓问卷调查及评分,检测两组病人遵医依从性。结果实验组知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组遵医行为高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育不仅能提高病人对相关知识的认知,更能提高病人对治疗护理的依从性。
Objective To explore effect of health education on compliance of patient in mental disorder. Methods 80 inpatients were randomly assigned to experimental group (n =40) and control group (n =40) . Patients in experimental group were performed health education in collectivity; those in control group were adopted with routine explanations or answers for their questions. Questionnaire survey was conducted by phases in the two groups to compare the compliance and cognition condition. Results There were significant differences between two groups in the compliance (P 〈0.01 ) and cognition (P 〈0.05), respectively. Conclusion The application of health education in the patients is useful to enhance the cognition of related knowledge and the treatment compliance.
