摘要
以Al(NO_3)_3和氨水为原料,以Al(NO_3)_3饱和液作为胶溶剂,通过溶胶微波干燥过程得前驱体粉末,经1100℃煅烧1h得平均粒径为31nm的αAl_2O_3粉。通过热分析、红外光谱和X射线衍射等研究了粉体的性能,结果表明经微波干燥制得的Al(OH)_3粉末的结构中可能同时存在较多的晶格畸变和缺陷,在由过渡晶型到α相的相变过程中γ和θ相同时出现,又同时转变为α相,在此过程中没有出现γ→θ的相变。
The precursor powder is prepared by microwave drying of Al(OH)3 sol with Al(NO3)3 and NHaH2O as starting materials, using Al(NO3 )3 saturated solution as a peptizing agent. The single-phase α - Al2O3 powder with average particle size of 31 nm is formed after calcination at 1 100 ℃ for 1 h. Investigation, based on DTA - TG, IR and X - ray diffraction pattern, indicates that the precursor powder obtained after microwave drying probably has some defects, and γ- Al2O3 and θ - Al2O3 are formed at the same period during the transformation of α- AlO3phase and the two transient alumina phases transform into α-AlO3 simultaneously. There is no γ→θ phase transformation as usual during the process.
