摘要
混凝土的绝热温升及其变化规律是计算温度应力、进行仿真计算的重要参数。研制了一套混凝土绝热温升测试仪,并编制了专业软件。对福建溪柄的碾压混凝土做了测试,给出了绝热温升随时间的变化规律。实验表明,文中提出的二级跟踪加热法以及采用的模拟滤波、数宇滤波和双层屏蔽浮地法等各种提高实验精度的措施达到了预期目的。软件功能强使用方便。
An equipment controlled by computer and its application software are developed for measuring the adiabatic thermal change of concrete. It is an important parameter for numerical simulation. The experimental investigation of roller compacted concrete of Xibin thin arch dam in lower initial temperature is measured and the adiabatic thermal change of the RCC (roller compacted concrete) with time is obtained. The experimental results show that the adiabatic thermal changes of concrete are variable and depend on its initial temperature. The double step tracer-heating method is proposed in this paper to make adiabatic circumstance for the specimens. Analog filtering,digital filtering and other corresponding measures are used to improve the accuracy and stability of the equipment. The software is powerful and easy to use.
