采用特制假体分期治疗成人高位先天性髋关节脱位21例(26髋)随诊报告

摘要 [目的]探讨THR治疗成人高位先天性髋关节脱位中的问题及治疗对策。[方法]采用牵引后行THR的分期手术方法共治疗21例26髋CroweⅣ型成人高位先天性髋关节脱位患者。[结果]随访7个月～6a，平均42个月。术后2～6个月恢复正常步态，术后6个月的Harris评分由术前43．7％提高到90．1％。[结论]本方法避免了术中股骨截骨及可能的并发症，并保留了下肢长度。所用特制假体及配套器械是保证手术顺利完成、取得满意效果的一个重要因素。
