摘要
建立了铝合金填充丝TIG焊监测系统,详细介绍了过程质量数据库,采用LabVIEW和Access相结合编程,实现了对焊接工艺参数和坡口几何信息的记录,并且采用多变量统计过程控制(MSPC)中的主元分析(PCA)和统计控制图对数据进行分析和特征值的提取,实现了对焊接过程的质量分析。
The monitoring system of filler rod tungsten inert-gas welding aluminum alloys was put up and quality database of the process was introduced. Programming by combining LabVIEW and Access can record welding parameters and groove geometry information. By adopting the main component analysis and statistical control chart in the multivariate statistical process control, the data was analyzed and the characteristic number was extracted, which realized the quality analysis of welding process.
