蛋白磷酸酶2A与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 蛋白磷酶2A(Proteinphosphatase2A,PP2A)是真核生物体内重要的Ser/Thr蛋白磷酸酶,参与了体内众多信号通路和生理过程的调节。其活性的改变可能与肿瘤的发生相关,被认为是一个潜在的肿瘤抑制因子。
