摘要
在合成了复合无机离子交换材料磷酸钛-磷钨酸铵(TiP-AWP)的基础上,为进一步研究复合材料中各种元素的化学状态,对复合材料进行了X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究。通过分析复合材料TiP-AWP中各元素的结合能谱,对交换材料中各元素的结合状态及复合机理进行了探讨。
Complex inorganic ion exchanger titanium phosphate ammonium tungstophosphate (TiP-AWP) was synthesized.TO findout the composition mechanism of this compound, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was applied,through which a new chemical bond was discovered and the composition mechanism was also discovered.
