摘要
目的:提高乡级计划生育检验人员的检验技术水平。方法:采用集中理论讲解与分组实践操作的方法对乡级计划生育检验人员进行培训。培训内容为血液、尿液、阴道分泌物基本常规检验技术。培训前后分别采用试卷测试、实践操作抽查、自评的方法进行评估。结果:培训后理论测试及实践水平均得到了明显提高。结论:乡级计划生育检验技术人员理论知识和基本操作技能需要进一步提高,应进一步加强培训。培训应采用理论与实践相结合的方法。培训效果应及时进行评估,建立长期培训与考评机制。
Objective ： Improvement of township birth control examination techniques. Methods ： Training of the township birth control examination staff by means of first theoretical teaching, and then practical operation by group. The training consists of basic and normal examination techniques of blood, urine and secretion by vaginas. Assessment includes theoretical tests before and after the training, spot tests of practical operation and self-assessment. Results： Both their theoretical and practical levels improved. Conclusion ： Township birth control examination staff needs to improve their theoretical knowledge and practical ability, and further trainings are required. Trainings shall be the combination of theory and practice. Results shall be assessed in time, and the long - term training and assessment mechanism shall be established.
