摘要
目的:探讨促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤(desmoplastic small round cell tumor,DSRCT)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾1例原发于胰腺的促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤的诊治经过,并结合复习文献。结果:本例病例获正确诊断,因肿瘤有广泛转移失去了手术机会,而只行化疗。结论:该瘤罕见,为侵袭力强的高度恶性肿瘤,主要见于年轻男性,绝大多数发生在腹腔内,预后很差。
Objective ： To approach the clinic characteristic ,diagnose and treatment of the desmoplastic small round cell tumor. Methods ： The method is through reviewing the diagnose and treatment of one feature case which found primarily in pancreat. Results： The case gets diagnose correctly, but the patient only accepts chemical treatment instead of operation treatment because the tumor has widespread metaptosis. Conclusion ： The high malignant tumor has invasive power, is found in young male and in abdominal cavity mainly.
