摘要
目的通过鼠疫菌对新型抗菌药物的敏感性实验.寻找比链霉素敏感性更高且毒性小的药物。方法采用纸片扩散(K-B)法,按照美国临床试验标准委员会(NCCLS)(1993年版)法规进行检测。结果除大环内酯类抗菌活性差外,其他30种抗菌药物抗菌活性高于链霉素,处于各类抗生药物前2位的是:青霉素类的氨苄青霉素/舒巴坦、氨苄青霉素,头孢菌素类的头孢他啶、头孢唑啉,氨基糖甙类的庆大霉素、小诺霉素,氯霉素类的氯霉素,多粘菌素类的多粘菌素B,喹喏酮类的诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星,磺胺类的复方新诺明。结论为新型抗菌药物治疗实验动物鼠疫提供参考资料。
Objective Through testing the sensitivity of Yersiniapestis to new types of antibiotic, to find more sensitive and less poisonous drug. Methods K-B method was used according to American's NCCLS statute. Results Except for macrolides, the other 30 kinds of antibiotics were all more sensitive than streptomycin. According to the results, the first two antibiotics of the kind were ampicillin/snlbactam, ampicillin of penicillins, and ceftazidime,cefazolin of cephalosprins. Then came aminoglycosides, quinolones and sulfamido. Conclusions The test provides some valuable reference data for the treatment of animal plague with new types of antibiotics.
