摘要
报告1例Olmsted综合征。患儿男,4岁。因双侧进行性残毁性掌跖角化和腔口周围边界清楚的角化性斑块而就诊。曾在当地医院诊断为肠病性肢端皮炎,给予硫酸锌口服治疗2年余,无明显效果,并且病情进行性加重。予以阿维A10mg/d口服治疗后,掌跖角化皮损有所好转。
A case of Olmsted syndrome is reported. A 4-year-old boy presented with a progressive and disabling palmoplantar keratoderma associated with well-defined periorificial hyperkeratotic plaques. He was diagnosed as acrodermatitis enteropathica in a local hospital and treated with zinc sulfate for more than two years without significant effect, and lesions progressively worsen. The palmoplantar keratoderma improved with oral acitretin 10 mg/d therapy.
