糖皮质激素过敏的临床与诊断 被引量：9

摘要 外用糖皮质激素发生过敏反应者增多，国外文献报道：在局部或系统长期连续应用糖皮质激素治疗的皮炎患者中，应用含有1～2种糖皮质激素的常规斑贴试验，发生阳性率为2．9％～5、8％。文中介绍了糖皮质激素接触过敏的临床表现，糖皮质激素斑贴试验筛查过敏原种类，过敏原配制的基质和最佳浓度，以及糖皮质激素斑贴试验观察反应时应注意的事项。
