摘要
从人参果渣中分离纯化获均一的多糖F.它是由Ara,Rha,xyl,GalA,Gal,Glc组成,摩尔比为:5.9:4.3:0.3:0.7:17.4:1.F的结构分析用高碘酸氧化,Sinith降解甲基化分析,G·C与G·CMS联用鉴定.结果表明F为多分枝结构.分子主干由β─(1→3)─D—Gal基构成,其中部分糖基在C4或C6位带有侧链,分子中尚有以1→4或1→6昔键相连的Gal基.分子的支链由Ara基(1→5),Rha基(1→4),Glc基(1→3),GalA基(1→43)组成.
By isolation and parification, the homogeneous F was obtained from ginseng fruit. It contains Ara, Rha, xyl, GalA, Gal, Glc in the molar ratio of 5.9:4. 3: 0. 3:0. 7: 17. 4: 1. 0. By partial hydrolysis with acid orpectinase, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation, methylation analysis, G. C and G. C-MS, the stracture of F has been identified as a highly branched polysaccharide with β-(1-3)-D-Gal linkages as its main chain. There are five side chains per eight Gal residues on main chain at C6 and C4 position. The GalA residues (1→43), Rha residues(1→42). Ara residues (1→5), Glc residues(1→3) are found in the side chains. Besides, the(1→6 ) or (1→4 ) linkaage of Gal residues is also present.
