热残余应变对金属基复合材料塑性规律的影响 被引量:3

摘要 热残余应变是影响晶须增强金属基复合材料的重要因素。本文利用作者改进的等效夹杂理论定量研究了热残余应变对金属基复合材料塑性强化规律的影响,并对20%SiCw/Al材料的拉、压断口做了SEM观察,通过其拉、压性能实验验证了本文理论的合理性,说明了考虑热残余应变的必要性。 Residual thermostrain is an important factor which affects the behaviour of metal matrix composites. In this paper, the equivalent inclusion theory is employed to investigate the influence of the residual thermostrain on the tension and compression behaviours of metal matrix composites quantitatively. Through the experiments about the tension and compression behaviours of 20% SiC w/Al and the observation to the fracture microcharacters, it is implied that the theoretical model in this paper reflects the plastic principle of whisker reinforced metal matrix composites and the necesserity of considering residual thermostrain is confirmed. The theoretical model provides a method to estimate matrerial behaviours and optimal design.
