摘要
中国加入WTO已经4年,但有关国际旅游业的法制建设却不尽人意。本文从介绍GATS基本规则和我国加入世贸时有关旅游服务贸易的承诺入手,对目前旅游业存在的法律问题做出针对性剖析,并尝试提出“立、改、废”等一系列改进措施,以加快我国旅游业法律体系同国际规则的接轨。
China has already entered WTO for four years, but it is not satisfied for us to construct legal system conceruing international tourism trade. This paper , firstly, introduces the basic rules of GATS and our government＇s promises about tourism trade and service before entering WTO, then analyse a few questions in it. At last, the author attempts to raise a series of countermeasures about our country＇ s tourism legal system so as to meet international rules as quickly as possible.
