摘要
研究和开发了一种基于数据挖掘技术的心电自动分析软件检测系统.该系统首先通过直接从人体采集电信号和读取扫描经典心电图图片两种途径,依据M IT-B IH心律失常数据库规则和存储格式,建立国人临床心电数据库,然后采用决策树分类方法对样本进行训练和分类,最终进行心电自动分析软件的检测,并由系统输出检测结果.
In the test system of ECG automatic analysis software based on data mining techniques, two ways are used. One is directly to collect ECG data from the human bodies and the other is from the representative ECG pictures. Chinese clinic ECG file database is built with the rules and formats of MIT-BIH. Then the decision trees algorithm is used to make training and classification of the stylebook data. After testing ECG automatic analysis software ,the system outputs the test results.
