摘要
在我国教师教育的发展过程中,构建既符合国际教师教育发展趋势又符合我国国情的教师教育体系是非常重要的。构建的前提是要按照教师教育的专业标准改造我国的教育经验。构建的内容应包括阶段性培养模式以及与之相匹配的课程体系、高水平的师资队伍、健全的管理制度等。
It is very important to form a scientific teacher＇s education system, which can keep up with the international practice, in the teacher development of China. We should reform our teacher education based on the criteria for different majors. The configuration of teacher education system should be a staged education pattern with some matched curricula, high- level trainers team and perfect management system.
