摘要
从后现代的视角看,在班级管理模式下,学生的时间、身体、衣食住行在最大程度上被支配着,而教室也成为学生被凝视的场所,其全景式敞视空间布局大大便利了老师及管理者对学生的操控;由班主任到班长、学习委员、组长等等构成的权力等级体系将技术理性发挥到极致,成功建构起小范围的班级官僚场域;性别角色教育一直是班级教育管理中隐而不宣的重要方面,潜意识里对男女学生能力的定位及对与性相关的话题的回避,昭显出身体成为政治的可能性。
In the visual threshold of pest - modernization vision, the validity of the class management mode is inexorably weakened, the inviolability of the whole education system is cruelly oppugned. In the visual angle of post - modernization, the students＇time, body and basic necessities of life are controlled furthest, the classroom becomes the lieu where the students are peered at because it is convenient for teachers and managers to manipulate the students in such layout of panoramic and spacious room, That the powers ranking system composing of the monitor, the student in charge of studies, the chargeband brings the imstrument logos into full play, builds up successfully the class bureaucracy in small scope. The body is made clear to all to possibly be politics that sex education is the important aspect under the hat all along while subjects about the abilities of male and female and sex are shied away in subconsciousness.
