摘要
红色旅游区作为我国区域经济发展中的“迟到者”,如何利用其后发优势,实现赶超发展,成为了一个具有重要意义的现实问题。发展经济学家,不仅注意到了迟发展效应对落后地区的不良影响,同时还注意到了迟发展地区的后发优势,提出后发优势是落后地区的后发地位所致的特殊利益。迟发展理论对于红色旅游区的启示是,红色旅游区应突破后发劣势的障碍,以创新思维整合各种后发优势,在科学发展观的指导下,寻求创新对策,实现跨越式发展。
As the ＂Late Comer＂ of Chinese regional economy development, how to use the later disadvantage, achieve tremendous development, has become a realistic problem with vital significance for the red - tourism region. The development economists have not only noticed disadvantages of the late comer, but also noticed advantage backwardness, and they propose that the advantage backwardness is special benefit brought by the backward status of the late comer. The enlightenment of the late comer effect theory is that the red - tourism region should break through the barrier of the disadvantage of the late comer, combine all kinds of advantage backwardness so as to find innovative countermeasures to achieve tremendous development under the Scientific Development View.
