摘要
以对硝基甲苯为原料,经氧化,催化氢化合成对氨基本甲酸.考察了反应温度、催化剂的用量及酸度等因素对合成反应的影响,给出了适宜的工艺条件.平均总收率88%氧化酸度53%,催化剂用量3%,反应时间4h,反应温度90%.
p-aminobenzoic acid was synthesized by oxidation and hydrogenation of p-nitrotoluene.The ef- fect of temperature,the amount of catalyst and the concentration of the acid on the reaction were foundstudied.The suitable processing conditions, acidity for oxidation,53%; the ratio of catalyst to feed stock,3%; the retention time for reaction, 4h; reaction temperature, 90℃. Amount yield of avergae 88%.
