摘要
针对辽河油田锦16块聚合物驱采出液的破乳脱水,在室内进行了模拟采出液和现场采出液的破乳脱水实验研究,考察了聚合物浓度(0—1000mg/l)、脱水温度(45—70℃)、沉降时间(0—90min)及破乳剂加量(50—1000mg/l)等的影响,得出了聚合物驱采出液破乳脱水的一些规律。要使聚合物含量为480mg/l的矿场采出液破乳脱水时既有高脱水率,又分离出高质量的污水,需要加入高达600mg/l的破乳剂(例如AR225)。
The reuse of the produced water from a polymer flood industrial test area in Daqing is investigated through laboratory EOR simulation experiments on artificial cores. It is shown that in comparison with fresh water flood, flood by a produced water of low polymer concentration C p=80 ppm (of viscosity 0.75 mPa·s at 45℃) enhances oil revovery very little and flood by a produced water of C p=370 ppm (of 3.00 mPa·s at 45℃) - by 12% more; 1000 ppm polymer solution in the produced water of 0.75 mPa·s drives out as much residual oil as 1000 ppm polymer solution in fresh water does and an enhancement of ~20% is observed in both cases.
