摘要
目的为了改善低活性粉煤灰的活性,提高二灰混合料的早期强度.方法通过无侧限抗压强度试验,测试二灰混合料添加水泥、碳酸钠及硫酸钠化学外掺剂后的早期强度.结果添加化学外掺剂的二灰混合料与空白二灰混合料相比,一般7d强度要增加2~3倍.添加不同类型、不同剂量的化学外掺剂对于提高二灰混合料早期强度的效果也不尽相同,其中质量分数为2%的硫酸钠和碳酸钠表现出最佳的早强效果,递减次序:质量分数为1%的硫酸钠、质量分数为2%碳酸钠和质量分数为1%的水泥.结论化学外掺剂可以改善该种低活性粉煤灰的活性,从而提高该种粉煤灰的早期强度.该试验研究成果对于推广低活性粉煤灰在沥青路面基层的使用具有重要的实际意义.
Low- activity fly-ash is an industrial waste material which can not be stabilized by lime under normal conditions to achieve the required strength. In order to improve the activity performance and early strength of low-activity fly-ash, the indoor tests were done for lime-fly ash mixture by adding chemical admixtures of cement, sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) or sodium sulphate (Na2SO4). The results showed that early strength of llme-fly ash mixture with admixtures of sodium carbonate or sodium sulphate was increased 2 or 3 times comparing with the lime-fly ash mixture without admixtures. This study is of importance for the application of low activity fly-ash in the road engineering.
