摘要
研究了FSH/LH浓度、年龄和采卵季节对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。结果表明:①FSH/LH能促进绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟,适宜的添加浓度很重要。本实验条件下,添加量以10μg/ml为宜。②成年绵羊卵母细胞成熟率高于性成熟前绵羊,但无显著差异。③发情季节绵羊卵母细胞较乏情季节易成熟。
In the article, the effects of different FSH/LH concentrations,ages and collection seasons on the Ovine Oocyctes IVM were investigated. The main results of these experiments showed as follows：① FSH/LH could effectively promote IVM of Ovine Oocytes and the suitable adding concentration was very important; in the study, the proper concentration was 10μg/ml. ②The maturation rates of adult Ovine Oocytes were higher than that of prepubertal ones, but there was no significant difference between them. ③The Ovine Oocytes of estrous season was more easier matured in vitro than that of no-estrous season.
